MIRSK is responsible for data in connection with hosted systems, and we ensure that the processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with the law.

When you use a MIRSK product we collect, we use the following personal information:

When you use our website, we place cookies. Our cookies do not contain personal data but parameters such as selected column widths, sort order, refueling level, etc.

We host products at Microsoft Azure’s West Europe location in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can read about Microsoft’s GPDR policy here:

When you shop with us, the following personal information is processed:
• Name
• Email address (typically as username)
• (Optional) Mobile number (in order to be able to send info SMSs)
• Company name
• Company address

The above data is stored as long as you are an active customer / user of MIRSK products. If you terminate your commitment to MIRSK, your personal information will be deleted no later than 6 months after the end of the commitment.

If you apply for a job with us, the following personal information is processed:
• Name, e-mail address, telephone number and possibly mailing address.
• Application and CV.
• References, their telephone number and possibly mail
• Possible result of personality test

No later than one month after the end of the application round, all files and e-mails related to applications will be deleted and any hard copies will be shredded.

Your rights
• You have the right to gain insight into what personal information we process about you.
• You have the right to have the personal information we have registered about you corrected and updated.
• You have the right to have the personal information we have registered about you deleted. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, we will delete all information that we are not required by law to store.
• If the processing of personal data is based on a consent from you, you have the right to withdraw the consent, which means that processing then ceases, unless we are required by law to process the personal data.

Security
All documents that potentially contain sensitive personal data, such as employment agreements, contracts, etc. stored under lock and key. The CEO and CFO are the only ones to have access to this.
Electronic versions of these documents are stored in private leaflets and behind the company’s Firewall.

Appeals body
