Information Related to Data Collected through the MIRSK Services

Through its dictation Services, MIRSK collects information under the direction of
its Clients, which may include the personal information of 3rd parties. MIRSK has
no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it may process
through the use of the Services. MIRSK works with its Clients to help them provide
notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information
is collected.

1. Access and Choice

We collect information on behalf of our clients. An individual whose personal
information is collected through our Services seeks access, or who seeks to correct,
amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct his/her query to the client they
interact with directly (the data controller). If the Client requests MIRSK to remove
the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.

2. Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer

MIRSK may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service.
Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy
regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.

Administrators using the MIRSK Services may add additional Users under the license
by entering that user’s personal information, such as name, email and phone
number. If these Users seek access to their data or seek to correct, amend or delete

We may collect Personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways,
including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site,
